AD Web revolves around managing users in an easier way. The grid view with search bar gives you easy way to locate users and manage user objects including password reset, unlock user, enable/disable users, move from OU to another, assign/un-assign with groups and anything you like. You can create new user with any custom UPN as you wish.

Manage Multiple AD Domains

Manage unlimited Active Directory Domains at one interface. Adding, editing or deleting a domain is very easier. You can also switch the Primary domain between any domains at any time.  When adding domain you can decide which group to act as Portal admin and which group to act as OU Admin using the dropdown provided.

Explorer View

The Explorer Tree View lets you have a clear look of your multiple domains and OUs belong to them that is just similar to how Active Directory management console looks. In addition, the right panel separates the Users, Groups and OUs in Tabbed interface which gives you more clear view of the objects inside each OU.

Password Reset by Admin

You can use to Reset User password in 3 ways. One is random which is not even visible to administrator, 2nd one is manual and 3rd one is Sending Reset link by email to user. All 3 types can set to notify by email as well Force to Reset on 1st login. You can also use all these types during Bulk Reset of Password.

Unlock Users

The users with locked status will be displayed on Grid where admin can unlock them by simply clicking a button. An email can also be sent to user intimating their status upon unlocking.

An intuitive full text search feature let you find any objects quickly as a flash. You can find users, groups and OU using any attribute around it. For example, you can find an user using SAMName, UPN, Display name or even Email.

Admin Roles

if you are hosting tenants and you want to give access to your tenant/client admins to manage their users or if you want to give access to your department admins then it is super easy. We have Roles like super admin, portal admin and OU admin which can be mapped with specific groups. And these admin rights can be restricted from the super admin portal. For example if you don’t want to allow your OU Admins to manage groups or you want to allow your OU admin only to View Groups it is possible. The role access configuration is very flexible so you can safely provide access to other admins.

Email Templates

Set your email delivery via SMTP, Xauth using Office 365 or Google Oauth as you wish. You can also customize all email templates including new user creation, forgot password reset, User unlocked email etc. This is a HTML editor with short code features so you can flexibly design your email templates as your own.

Portal Branding

The AD Web portal can be branded on your own with using existing themes as well custom themes. Each custom theme can be fixed for specific URLs so users land into those URLs will see specific branding to that URL. This feature is called URL branding which is very efficient when you want to provide specific branding to your clients or departments are so. The branding options are just easy that anyone can work with. And when you are little familiar with CSS then you can do more.

Forgot Password by User

This is an optional feature which you can enable/disable from admin. You can link to this module from anywhere (Ex: in your RD web or Citrix login page). User lands to this page and validates his credential using his email id and username. There is an option to use UPN as email id. If both are correct according to AD then he will be sent an email with a link for resetting his password. The link will expire in set (ex: 60) minutes, also the link can be used only once.  User can use the link to reset his password without need of the old password. He will then be sent an email confirming his password reset.

User Self Service Portal

AD Web can be used as Self Service portal for normal users where user can login and edit his Active Directory profile as well do a Password Reset. Along with the Forgot Password feature a part of AD Web can be utilized as a Self Service portal for non-admin users thus administrative work around with Active Directory will be reduced massively.
